“Ahsoka”: Mena Massoud appears as Ezra Bridger in incredible fan art for the upcoming series; To verify!

Last weekend, LRM Online announced that Mena Massoud (‘Aladdin’) has been confirmed to perform as Ezra Bridger in the upcoming TV series focusing on Ahsoka Tano.

For those who don’t know, Ezra Bridger is a character from the ‘Star Wars: Rebels’ animation. He was Kanan Jarrus’ Padawan apprentice and helped the Rebel Alliance defeat the Imperial forces of Admiral Thrawn.

While nothing has been confirmed so far, the actor himself has been teasing audiences about the possibility since last year with posts related to the character on his Instagram profile.

With that in mind, an Instagram user posted some amazing fan art imagining the star as the Jedi Knight.

To verify:

Recalling that Thrawn would be supposed to be played by Lars Mikkelsen, the villain’s voice actor in the original animation.

Earlier this year, insider Daniel RPK posted some valuable information about the attraction’s plot.

Speaking to production sources, RPK learned that the episodes would accompany the renegade Jedi in her search for Thrawn as she tries to find clues to Bridger’s whereabouts.
