“Ambulance”, a remake of the Danish film of the same name released in 2005, has been released.
The latest film directed by Michael Bay hits theaters on February 18, 2022.
The story mixes up 1990s classics like ‘Maximum Speed’ and ‘Bad Boys’ and works as an action thriller about thieves stealing an ambulance to escape the crime scene – realizing too late that there is a sick patient in the back.
Jake Gyllenhaal, Eiza González and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II are the stars.
Abdul-Mateen II and Gyllenhaal will play the antagonists, while González will give life to a paramedic who is drawn into this troubled struggle for life or death. It is not known who will give life to the patient.
Chris Fedak (“Prodigal Son”) is responsible for the screenplay, which will be based on an eponymous Danish film.
