During an interview for the Happy Sad Confused podcast, Mackie said he wouldn’t mind having to return the shield to Evans.
“I have heard of these rumors. Wants to know? Chris is my boy, so if they call him back I would be very happy. I don’t know anything officially, but I’d be happy to return the shield to you.

Remembering that Steve Rogers came out aged at the end of “ Avengers: Endgame, ” and fans are already speculating on how his return might be.
Steve Rogers may appear again in a movie in the past, or even in its older version, visiting his friends in the second season of the “Falcon and the Winter Soldier” series.
