‘Aya ea Bruxa’: Studio Ghibli Animation is coming to Netflix Brazil this month!

The month of November has finally arrived, and with it, many long-awaited releases on Netflix Brasil.

One of the most anticipated titles is the recent animation ‘Aya ea Bruxa’, by Studio Ghibli, which arrives on 18/11 on the streaming platform.

Based on the children’s novel “Earwig and the Witch” by Diana Wynne Jones, the feature film is directed by Goro Miyazaki, son of the legendary Hayao Miyazaki.

It should be remembered that Wynn Jones also wrote “The Animated Castle”, a book adapted in 2004 by Hayao.

In the story, Aya lives in an orphanage – and even loves it, until she is adopted by a witch and taken to a haunted house. However, instead of being horrified, the smart girl is determined to become the mistress of her new situation.

The cast consists of Shinobu Terajima, Etsushi Toyokawa and Kokoro Hirasawa.
