According to Deadline, three new members have been signed for Oscar-winning director Damien Chazelle’s ambitious period drama ‘Babylon’.
Chloe Fineman, Jeff Garlin and Troy Metcalf join a cast of Margot Robbie, Brad Pitt, Diego Calva, Jovan Adepo, Li Jun Li, Katherine Waterston, Olivia Wilde, Spike Jonze, Phoebe Tonkin, Tobey Maguire, Max Minghella, Lukas Haas, Flea , Rory Scovel, Samara Weaving, Eric Roberts, PJ Byrne and Damon Gupton.
Written by Chazelle and set in the late 1920s, during the film industry’s transition from silent to talking movies, “Babylon” explores the rise and fall of many movie stars.
It should be remembered that Robbie replaced Emma Stone, who had scheduling conflicts due to her pregnancy and other projects that she will be filming next year.
The actress would play Clara Bow, the first it girl in the entertainment industry.
