The list of nominees for film categories at the 2021 Critics’ Choice Awards was recently revealed – and the beloved and well-received thriller ‘Bela Vengeance’ was not left out.

Carey Mulligan is competing for the Best Actress award for her incredible performance as Cassandra Thomas in the feature film. The ceremony takes place on March 7, 2021.

The thriller earned a 92% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, a rating that once again earned it the platform’s seal of quality certification.

Receiving numerous accolades for its visceral approach to female sexual abuse reflexes, the film was consistently acclaimed for the overwhelming performance of Mulligan, who became the role of young Cassie.

But nothing in Cassie’s life is what it seems: she’s extremely intelligent, incredibly cunning, and leads a secret double life. Now, an unexpected encounter can give Cassie the chance she hoped to meet and right the mistakes of the past.

Sam Richardson, Adam Brody, Bo Burnham, Alison Brie, Connie Britton, Laverne Cox, Alfred Molina, Clancy Brown and more complete the cast.
