Channing Tatum is in talks to star in romantic comedy with Sandra Bullock

According to Variety, Channing Tatum has been confirmed to be a cast member for the upcoming romantic comedy titled “ The Lost City of D, ” produced by Paramount Pictures.

If the deal is finalized, the star will join Sandra Bullock.

In the plot written by Dana Fox (‘Love Game in Las Vegas‘), Bullock will bring to life a lonely writer sure nothing could be worse than being stuck on a book tour with his cover model. Until a kidnapping attempt takes them both on a jungle adventure, proving to her that real life can be much more dangerous, weird, and romantic than any of her fictions.

The staging is the responsibility of duo Adam and Aaron Nee (‘Band of Robbers‘), but there is no preview yet.

No other details were revealed, so there is no information on the rest of the cast.
