In an interview with PopCulture, Josh Heald and Jon Hurwitz, the creators of ‘Cobra Kai’, revealed plans for the filming of Season 4, stating that the script for the next cycle is nearing completion.
“We want to shoot the fourth season in 2021,” Josh Heald said. “COVID has affected everyone’s projects and we have no way of knowing when production will start, but we hope to start recording in the early months of 2021. We’re just waiting and making sure the scripts are good. When all is well, we can start. What’s cool is that we built multiple scenarios. Several of the locations we used were built in sets. “
Jon Hurwitz added, speaking about the future of production, “We plan to do several more seasons of the show. When we started writing the first season, we had a clear idea of how we wanted to end, but we didn’t know how long it would take to get there. We’ve written most of the fourth season already. We have an idea of what we want to do in the upcoming cycles, but we’ll have to discuss that with Netflix. “
Don’t forget that the 3rd season of ‘Cobra Kai’ is now available on Netflix!
