‘Cruella’ is now available for viewing on Disney + for an additional fee from Premier Access, and to promote the film, the streaming platform has released a number of new official footage.

Revision | CRUELLA is a visual blast that gives us the real Disney villain

‘Cruella’, the new live-action film presents the story of the legendary and most iconic – and notoriously fashionable – Disney villain Cruella de Vil. Set in 1970s London in the midst of the punk rock revolution, the film features a young con artist named Estella (Emma Stone), a smart and creative girl determined to make a name for herself through her designs. She befriends a couple of young thieves and together they make a life in the streets of London. One day, Estella’s flair for fashion caught the attention of Baroness Von Hellman (Emma Thompson), a terribly chic and spooky fashion legend. But their relationship sets off a series of events and revelations that will cause Estella to embrace her rebellious side and become the wicked, elegant, revenge-oriented Cruella.

Paul Walter Hauser, Joel Fry, Emily Beecham and Kirby Howell-Baptiste complete the cast.

Craig Gillespie, from the remake of ‘The Hour of Amazement’, takes over from a script by Tony McNamara (‘The Favorite’).
