“Cruella”: the behind-the-scenes video explores the fashion behind the feature film; Check!

Walt Disney Studios released today (17) a new behind-the-scenes video of the long-awaited live-action ‘Cruella’, starring Oscar winners Emma Stone and Emma Thompson.

Recalling that the feature film will be released on May 28 in theaters and at Disney + Premier Access.

‘Cruella’, a new live-action film, presents the story of legendary and most iconic – and notoriously fashionable – Disney villain, Cruella de Vil. Set in 1970s London in the midst of the punk rock revolution, the film features a young con artist named Estella (Emma Stone), a smart and creative girl determined to make a name for herself through her designs. She befriends a pair of young thieves and together they build a life for themselves on the streets of London. One day, Estella’s flair for fashion catches the eye of Baroness Von Hellman (Emma Thompson), a fashion legend who is terribly chic and scary. But their relationship sets off a course of events and revelations that will make Estella embrace her rebellious side and become evil, elegant, and revenge-oriented Cruella.

Paul Walter Hauser, Joel Fry, Emily Beecham and Kirby Howell-Baptiste complete the cast.

Craig Gillespie, of the remake of “A Hora do Espanto”, takes the direction, from a scenario signed by Tony McNamara (“A Favorita”).
