Almost three years after the Daredevil series was canceled in Season 3, fans continue to lament the abrupt end of production starring Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio.
However, rumors have hinted that Cox will reprise his role as Matt Murdock in “Spider-Man: No Homecoming”.
Additionally, a Reddit user has stated that D’Onofrio’s King of Crime will also be featured in the MCU in the Hawkeye series.
With that in mind, an Instagram fan page posted a lovely fan poster imagining a cross between the show’s characters and Spider-Man in a possible 4th season of ‘Daredevil’.
For those unaware of the rumors, the aforementioned Reddit user has stated that D’Onofrio will reprise his role as King of Crime in the “Hawk Archer” series.
Additionally, the post states that the attraction’s plot will have ties to “Spider-Man: No Back Home,” so the series premieres at the same time as the film’s release.
So far, nothing has been confirmed … But, if they are true, the information is consistent with rumors about Cox’s role as Murdock in the new movie Webhead.
Unfortunately, the author of the text does not reveal how the participation of the King of Crime and Murdock will be in Gavião’s series.
However, it is possible that the characters will only make special appearances, as they will also appear in the next series of “Echo”, a character already confirmed in “Gavião Arqueiro”.
A few weeks ago, sources from Giant Freakin Robot had already stated that Daredevil would play a big role in the Echo series, so it would make perfect sense to feature The Fearless Man in the Hawk series.
It has also been said that the “Daredevil” Season 3 mercenary is set to be incorporated into the future of the MCU as well, along with other members of The Defenders, but which have not been revealed.
Recalling that rumors have already indicated that Cox will also make an appearance in “Spider-Man: No Return Home”.
So far, Marvel and Disney + have not commented on the matter, so consider this a rumor.
For those who don’t know, the plot of ‘Gavião Arqueiro’ will take place in 2025, two years after Thanos (Josh Brolin) was defeated in ‘Avengers: Ultimatum’.
In addition to Jeremy Renner in the lead role, Hailee Steinfeld will bring Kate Bishop to life.
Florence Pugh will also reprise her role as Yelena Belova, a younger version of Black Widow. Vera Farmiga (“Summon of Evil”) will assume the role of Eleanor Bishop.
Fra Fee will play a character named Kazi, possibly a reference to Kazimierz Kazimierczak, better known as the Mercenary Evil Clown. Tony Dalton and Alaqua Cox complete the cast.
For those who don’t know, the series is based on the original comic book in which Clint Barton hands superheroic responsibility to the next Archer, Kate Bishop. The plot will focus on training Kate through her complete transformation into a heroine, allowing Barton to officially retire.
