‘Dark spirits’: the terror produced by Guillermo del Toro is postponed indefinitely

Once again, Antlers, a horror movie produced by Guillermo del Toro, has had its theatrical debut postponed. This time, indefinitely.

Initially, the feature was supposed to be released in 2020, but has been postponed until February 19, 2021, due to the coronavirus pandemic. Production has now been completely removed from the schedule.

A new date should be published soon.

Directed by Scott Cooper (‘After the Apocalypse’), the film is based on the horror short ‘The Quiet Boy’, written by Nick Antosca.

In the storyline, a middle school teacher tries to help a boy in her class, but discovers that he is hiding a horrible secret. Now there is something scary behind the boy and she has to protect him.

The cast includes Keri Russell, Jesse Plemons, Jeremy T. Thomas, Graham Greene, Scott Haze, Rory Cochrane and Amy Madigan.
