Dave Bautista managed to transform Drax, the Destroyer of a little-known character into one of Marvel’s most popular heroes.

Now the actor has expressed his willingness to play Bane, one of Bat Man’s most iconic villains.

Bautista revealed during Justice Con that he went directly to the DC offices to ask to live the villain in “ Batman 2. ”

“Oh, I’ll be Bane all day. I haven’t kept it a secret. I want to play Bane so badly that I went to Warner Bros., I had a meeting with them, I had a date with DC, I walked through the door and I said, ‘I want to play Bane ”. I am not joking. They said, ‘Wow we’re not even going to climb Bane yet. I said, ‘I don’t care, I’m already playing with him. ” “

According to rumors, Warner Bros. intends to use the villain in Matt Reeves’ “Batman” sequel.

Rumors pointed out that Bane would be part of James Gunn’s “ The Suicide Squad ” and that Bautista would be part of the cast, but he was forced to drop out due to conflicts on his agenda. However, his alleged role had not been revealed.

Bane first appeared in theaters in 1997, in “ Batman & Robin ”, and his last appearance was in 2012, played by Tom Hardy in “ Batman: The Dark Knight Rises ”.
