‘Day Shift’: Snoop Dogg joins the cast of Netflix’s new vampire film

According to THR, Snoop Dogg (‘Bones: The Angel of Darkness’) has joined the cast of ‘Day Shift’, a vampire film developed by Netflix.

Jamie Foxx (“Power”) will star and produce the feature film.

The cast will also include Scott Adkins (‘Doctor Strange’), Dave Franco (‘The Rental’), Meagan Good (‘The Mortal Games 5’), Karla Souza (‘How to Get Away with Murder’), Eric Lange (‘ Lost ‘) and Zion Broadnax.

The actor will play a hardworking dad who just wants to give his 8-year-old daughter a good life, but his mundane job as a pool cleaner is a band for his real job of hunting and killing vampires.

JJ Perry will be responsible for the direction.

The screenplay, which was edited by Shay Hatten (“John Wick 3”), was written by Tyler Tice.

Chad Stahelski, Jason Spitz Shaun Redick and Yvette Yates Redick will produce the film.
