Marvel Studios Director Kevin Feige has confirmed that the upcoming “Deadpool” movie will be set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and will be rated “Over 18”. [Rated-R].
Feige also confirmed that Ryan Reynolds is helping oversee the script.

Can we be honest here? I think everyone will ignore the suggestions in this text if Marvel decides to pair Deadpool with Spider-Man. Let’s face it, this is what everyone wants.
