Director and cast reveal details of the universe of “Luca” in new behind-the-scenes video; Check!

Disney + has released a new official behind-the-scenes video for the long-awaited animation “Luca”, which will debut on the streaming platform very soon.

In the featurette, director Enrico Casarosa and the main cast reveal details about the film’s whimsical universe.

The film marks Casarosa’s directorial debut.

In the plot, two friends go on fun adventures through the most exciting landscapes of the Italian Riviera, as they also hide a secret about their true identity. After all, Luca Paguro and Alberto Scorfano are sea creatures that take human form on earth.

Jacob Tremblay gives the floor to the protagonist.

Jack Dylan Grazer (“Shazam!”, “It: The Thing”) and Emma Berman (“Dear Mum”) are also in the cast.

Grazer will play Alberto, Luca’s best friend, while Berman will play Giulia, a girl who becomes the tour guide and new friend of the two visiting strangers.

‘Luca’ is set to debut on June 18 on the streaming platform.
