Director wants to revive MonsterVerse after ‘Godzilla vs Kong’

“Godzilla vs Kong” won’t be released in Brazil until the end of April, but the production is already a big hit on the international market, in addition to having won the specialist review.

And given the production’s great popularity and popularity, the director responsible for the sequel, Adam Wingard, has been asked about the possibility of relaunching MonsterVerse.

During a question-and-answer session on Reddit, one of the participating netizens asked Wingard if he would return to MonsterVerse. The filmmaker quickly demonstrated his enthusiasm, revealing that “of course, yes!”.

Becoming the BIGGEST box office since the start of the COVID pandemic, the film has passed the $ 387 million mark.

And in a recent interview with Deadline, Josh Grode – the CEO of Legendary Entertainment – revealed he’s already planning new MonsterVerse sequels.

“We have a number of ideas for more movies after Godzilla vs. Kong,” he said.

“Godzilla vs. Kong” received 75% approval on Rotten Tomatoes.
