Many fans have sent us messages asking if the famous “Wonder Woman” invisible jet appears in the sequel which is already in theaters.
In the teasers, viewers saw Diana Prince / Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) and Steve Trevor (Chris Pine) fly in what appeared to be a jet plane with a transparent cabin. The scene led many fans to speculate that the pair were flying in Wonder Woman’s iconic invisible jet … and fans were right. The invisible jet actually appears in the movie and how it does it is not only visually interesting, but it helps show how much Diana has changed and developed since we last saw her.
“Wonder Woman 1984” debuted with a box office of around 8.7 million reais in its first weekend, becoming the biggest release after theaters reopened in Brazil.
In all, 494 thousand people went to see the film on the big screen of cinemas, of which 77 thousand bought tickets for the first screenings on Wednesday December 16.
With this result, Brazil ranks fourth for the highest grossing films in the world, behind only China, Taiwan and Thailand, even with only 70% of the free exposure market in the country. This reaffirms the strength of Brazilian productions and DC fans in the country, adding to several recent box office records with films such as “Joker”, “Aquaman” and “Justice League”.
Huge public and critical success, “Wonder Woman 1984” continues to be broadcast only in theaters in Brazil, following all the security protocols required by specialists and public authorities in the sector.

Criticism | ‘Wonder Woman 1984’ is even more FANTASTIC than the first movie
As an archaeologist, Diana, who works at the Smithsonian Museum, is a Wonder Woman with extraordinary superpowers and perhaps the strongest heroine in the world. In 1984, Wonder Woman faces frightening mortal danger in the face of a huge conspiracy from businessman Max, who sings loudly to satisfy people’s desires, and a mysterious foe, the Leopard Woman. Can Wonder Woman stop the world from collapsing on her own?
