
“Don’t Look Up” debuted on Netflix and made waves as it satirizes in political satire just how deadly denial can be.
Released on Christmas Eve, writer-director Adam McKay’s satire has become an audience phenomenon on Netflix and in just 10 days, it has already totaled 262.32 million air hours, making it the third Netflix’s most watched original movie of all time.
The only other films to come are “Bird Box” (282 million hours broadcast) and “Red Alert”, which is the most watched with 364 million hours broadcast.
