“Eternos” Raises US $ 20 Million on Day 1 of International Market; Brazil is the STRONG POINT!

Despite negative reviews, “Eternos” made $ 19.8 million on its first day in the international market, not counting the United States.

The highlights were South Korea (US $ 6.1 million), Mexico (US $ 1.3 million) and Brazil (US $ 1 million).

In the United States, the film managed to gross US $ 9.5 million. By comparison, the result is better than that of “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings,” which grossed $ 8.8 million when it premiered in the country.

Despite that, production didn’t go past the preview for “Venom 2,” which grossed $ 11.6 million on Thursday, before a strong start of $ 90.1 million on the first weekend.

Marvel’s new feature is projected to open with $ 75 million in the United States, up from $ 100 million during the first reviews before the reviews were released.

Revision | Eternos is Marvel’s most artistic, complex and original film… for better or for worse!

Enjoy watching:

‘Eternals’ follows the journey of quasi-immortal beings, products of the evolutionary divergence that gave birth to the human race millennia ago. The characters relate to several concepts already introduced in previous universe films, from the Celestials (who came out in “Guardians of the Galaxy”) to Thanos, whose own mother was one of his victims.

The cast also includes Salma Hayek (Ajak), Kumail Nanjiani (Kingo), Lauren Ridloff (Makkari), Brian Tyree Henry (Phastos), Lia McHugh (Sprite), Gemma Chan (Sersi), Kit Harington (Black Knight), Barry Kheogan (Druig) and Richard Madden (Ikaris).
