Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson appear to have left their disagreements behind after the behind-the-scenes conflicts in ‘Fast and Furious 8’, when the stars got into a fight and allegedly engaged in physical assault.
On his Instagram, Vin Diesel revealed Johnson will return to the main franchise and end its story arc.
He posted an image of the two with the caption:
“I feel blessed to participate in so many iconic moments in cinema… I don’t think about it as much as I should. Maybe it’s because I’m so excited about what’s yet to come. All love “
In the comments, The Rock responded:
“Beautiful image, brother. We had fun and created some iconic moments, for which I will always be grateful, ”he said.
Luke Hobbs was featured in “Fast and Furious 5” as an agent of the United States Diplomatic Security Service, hired to topple Don Torreto and his team. Finally, Hobbs becomes a friend of Dom to defeat the cyberterrorist experienced by Charlize Theron in ‘Fast and Furious 8’.
The character won a movie last year, titled “Hobbs & Shaw”, and will not appear in “Fast and Furious 9.”
The eighth film was marked by behind-the-scenes conflicts between Dwayne Johnson and Vin Diesel, who fell out and reportedly suffered physical assault. In addition to the fight with Diesel, Tyrese Gibson blamed The Rock for the postponement of ‘Fast and Furious 9’.
Johnson got into trouble with the cast members when he agreed to appear in the ‘Hobbs and Shaw’ spin-off.
Recalling that the 9th feature film will premiere on April 1, 2021.
