‘Fast and Furious 9’: director consulted with scientists on creating a space car

In an interview with THR, director Justin Lin said he consulted with scientists on creating a space car for the movie “ Fast and Furious 9, ” which will have scenes set in space.

“I spoke on the phone with scientists, learning about fuels and physics. It was great having the scientists on the other end of the phone confused and asking, “Wait, how’s it going? What are you trying to do? ‘ I loved.”

Previously, Lin had already confirmed the rumors about the scenes in space, revealing more information about how he made the decision to introduce these footage.

“I believe over the years part of the fun is coming up with some crazy ideas to challenge ourselves. But I have to say, we never do this just to shock. It always takes something away from the character’s theme or journey. I can say that when I was working on ‘Fast and Furious 9’ there was a topic that seemed very appropriate to take us to places we had never visited. I went to Vin [Diesel]I sat down with him and we talked, “Okay. We will try that in this sequence ”. And it seemed very appropriate.

He adds, “I can’t wait to share this movie with the world, because the more risks we take and do these crazy scenes, the more we have to check to be sure we did.”

Recalling that the premiere of the film is scheduled in national cinemas on June 25, 2021.
