‘Gremlins’: check out the full cast of the HBO Max animated series

Variety has released the full cast of the animated series “Gremlins: Secrets of Mogwai”, which is currently in development by HBO Max.

The production will feature the voices of Ming Na-Wen (Fong Wing), BD Wong (Hon Wing), James Hong (Grandpa Wing), Izaac Wang (Sam Wing), AJ LoCascio (Gizmo), Gabrielle Green (Elle) and Matthew Rhys (Riley Greene).

The project will be a pre-sequence of the two films, set in Shanghai in the 1920s. The story will accompany Sam Wing, a 10 year old child who knows a Mogwai named Gizmo.

With Elle, a young street thief, Sam and Gizmo embark on a dangerous journey through the Chinese countryside, facing colorful monsters and spirits of Chinese folklore. In their quest to return Gizmo to his family and uncover a legendary treasure, they are pursued by a power-hungry industrialist and his growing army of evil Gremlins.

The series is produced by Warner Bros. Animation and Amblin TV by Steven Spielberg.
