“Halloween Ends” will be GR for “extreme violence and bloody scenes”

The long-awaited horror “Halloween Ends,” the final chapter in the “Halloween” trilogy, has been given a high (R) age rating and can only be watched by adults.

The film was rated by the MPA for “extreme violence, bloody scenes, language and some sexual references”.

It’s the same rating the franchise’s previous films received, ‘Halloween’ (2018) and ‘Halloween Kills’ (2021) – so expect similar levels of violence.

Horror hits theaters nationwide on October 13.
