“Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone” to be released in 3D in Brazilian cinemas for one day

“Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone” is celebrating 20 years since its first theatrical screening in November, and to celebrate that date, Warner Bros. Pictures and HBO Max will present to fans of the saga a unique projection of “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone” in 3D, in a new and exclusive way in theaters.

Sessions will take place exclusively on November 21 in cinemas across Brazil and pre-sale tickets will be available from Monday November 15. Fans of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter will have the opportunity to see – or replay – the beginning of the entire universe of magic in action that will be remembered forever.

Keep in mind that “Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore” (Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore) is slated for release on April 15, 2022, and there are rumors that Warner Bros. would plan a series of new productions that explore the universe of the beloved wizard.

And in a recent interview with Variety magazine – to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the first film – director Chris Columbus revealed his desire to work with the franchise again.

During the conversation, he admitted that he would like to direct a film adaptation of the critically acclaimed play Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, if the WB puts the project on the list of future iterations of the character’s universe. .

“I would love to direct The Cursed Child. It’s a great game and children are age appropriate to play these roles. It’s a little fantasy that I have. ”
