HER Wins Music of the Year Award for “I Can’t Breathe” at the 2021 Grammy

The 2021 Grammy Awards continue and another major category award has been given: Music of the Year. Honoring the songwriting process, the action figure went to ELLE, for the beautiful song “I Can’t Breathe”.

The song entered our list of the 50 best songs of 2020.

Gabriella Sarmiento Wilson’s alter-ego, ELLE rose to fame in 2016 with the release of her famous EP of the same name. Since then, he has launched countless other works which have fallen in with popular and critical tastes.

In 2019, the artist was nominated for five Grammy categories, winning the awards for Best R&B Performance and Best R&B Album.
