“High School Musical”: Season 2 Gets Fun Promotional Video; Check!

Disney + Brasil has posted a new Season 2 teaser for ‘High School Musical: The Musical: The Series’ on its official Twitter, preparing audiences for the upcoming adventures of East High’s students.

The new cycle will be launched on May 14, 2021 on the streaming platform.

Roman Banks and Olivia Rose Keegan will be part of the new cycle.

Banks will play Howie, a smart student who works in the family’s pizza place. Keegan will be Lily, an adorable first year who hides her insecurity and competitive nature.

The main adaptation of the new iteration will be the classic feature film “Beauty and the Beast”.

The cast consists of Joshua Bassett (from the series The Middle Sister), Olivia Rodrigo (‘Bizaardvark’), Kate Reinders (‘Modern Family’), Sofia Wylie (‘Andi Mack’), Matt Cornett (‘Bella and the Bulldogs ”), Dara Renee ‘(‘ Crazy Friday ‘), Julia Lester (‘ Mom ‘), Frankie Rodriguez (‘ Modern Family ‘) and Larry Saperstein.

The story follows a group of East High theater students who come together to produce a winter play. The series will be in a kind of documentary, with the characters narrating and showing how the development of the presentation goes and all the details.

Screenwriter Tim Federle, known for his work on the animation “O Touro Ferdinando”, takes care of the screenplay.
