“Indiana Jones 5”: behind-the-scenes footage shows flashback scenes of the protagonist; Check!

Filming for “Indiana Jones 5” is already underway in the North Yorkshire Moors, England, and the first behind-the-scenes footage has been uploaded.

Among them, a Twitter user identified a stuntman wearing a mask representing young Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford).

In addition, Indy rides a motorbike wearing the same Nazi disguise he wore in “Raiders of the Lost Ark”, released in 1981.

that means there will be flashback scenes with the younger version of the character. However, there are still no official plot details.

Recalling that the cast of the new film is formed by Boyd Holbrook (‘Logan’), Thomas Kretschmann (‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’), Mads Mikkelsen (‘Hannibal’), Phoebe Waller-Bridge (‘Fleabag’), and Shaunette Renée Wilson (“Black Panther”), as well as Harrison Ford returning to the main character.

The film will be directed by James Mangold (‘Logan’).

“I’m excited to start a new adventure, working with a dream crew for any director,” Mangold told Deadline.

“When you add Phoebe, a stunning actress with a brilliant creative voice, the chemistry she will no doubt bring to our set, I can’t help but feel as lucky as Indiana Jones himself.”

Recalling that it was Steven Spielberg who decided to pass the torch to a younger filmmaker, in order to bring a renewed perspective to the character.

John Williams will return to the soundtrack, having acted as a songwriter in all previous films.
