Showrunner Steve Blackman recently revealed to The Wrap that he already has grandiose plans for the possible future of production.

He shared his thoughts on the Hargreeves brothers ‘journey, saying the new timeline promises to change everything in the characters’ lives:

“They are terrible to the world because they are a very dysfunctional family. These guys can’t get it right, both in their relationships with each other, as well as as superheroes. But I think they are improving a bit and we hope that if we are lucky to win a 3rd season they will improve a bit more ”.

Blackman went even further when commenting on the evolution of the characters since his first season:

“They are growing up and I like to think that as we move forward their powers are changing as well. They are learning new things. They were trained until the age of 14 or 15 by a very dysfunctional father, but the family fell apart and they couldn’t complete their training. And maybe they will find in the future that their powers are stronger when they are together ”.

Until then, check out our Season 2 review:

Created by Jeremy Slater (“The Exorcist”), the series is based on the comics created by Gerard Way and the Brazilian Gabriel Bá.
