Empire magazine released a new official image for the sequel “Jurassic World: Dominion”, highlighting Chris Pratt’s return as Owen Grady and featuring the brutal Atrociraptor.
When young Maisie is kidnapped by dinosaur traffickers, Owen and Claire set out to find her and escape, and their journey takes them to a dinosaur habitat operated by a global corporation with a sinister plan … Alan Grant and Ellie Sattler.
The first two entries in the ‘Jurassic World’ franchise introduced a new wave of characters to the incredible dinosaur universe, mostly focusing on Owen (Chris Pratt) and Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard).
Now, in a recent interview with GamesRadar, director Colin Trevorrow, who returns for the third installment of the saga, revealed that the upcoming film will have two separate narratives – one focusing on the characters from the original trilogy and the another focusing on the new one, before the two collide.
“Laura [Dern]sat [Neill] and Jeff [Goldblum] they have as much screen time as Bryce and Chris, ”he commented. “They aren’t together all the time, but we follow the two stories equally – and we have a feeling that they are going to collide at any time… There is a tension. It’s not structured like we’re used to Hollywood movies. But it works. “
Recalling that the film opens on June 10, 2022.
The film will bring back actors Laura Dern, Sam Neill and Jeff Goldblum, as well as Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard.
Colin Trevorrow is directing.
