“ King’s Man – The Origin ”: pre-sequence postponed for five months

According to Moviehole, “ King’s Man – The Origin ” has been postponed again and will hit US theaters on August 20, 2021 instead of March 12.

The decision was made due to the coronavirus pandemic, as several theaters around the world are still closed.

As of now, there is still no preview of the debut here in Brazil.

Although the new film was shot long before the events of “Kingsman – Secret Service”, director Matthew Vaughn revealed to Empire that the prequel will be linked to the events of “Kingsman 3”.

“Throughout the plot of ‘King’s Man – The Origin’ we are planting the seeds and provoking what will happen in ‘Kingsman 3’. It will be something very different [dos outros filmes], but it will be very important for the future of the franchise. “
