“League of Justice”: Joker wearing a crown of thorns like Jesus stirs controversy; Check out the reactions!

The final image of the Joker (Jared Leto) in the new version of ‘Justice League’ features the character wearing a crown of thorns and doing a pose in reference to Jesus Christ.

Director Zack Snyder may have just joked that some fans compare Leto to images of Christ.

However, it seems that the idea has not been very well accepted by the public and several Internet users are critical of the idea.

While some post their protest messages, others scoff saying that “even the Joker can’t save the movie”.

Check out the reactions:

Can anyone explain why it is here? Do you have a message, a review or at least a meaning?

I don’t like being with Snyder but damn it, the guy asks. I look at this photo and just stay ???

Broken
Obvious visual metaphor for Supes like Jesus in Man of Steel. Boring. They’ve been making this comparison since at least the 1960s

Wake up
The worst joker in cinema now offending Christians for free because yes and ready 🤔

Snyder you have to help me! https://t.co/fzrcXMmz3U

Just in passing to say one thing:

This is not the first time that #Joker has made fun of the image of Jesus Christ.

And that’s something the psychopath Joker would do. pic.twitter.com/EzUEFsdvOK

Zack Snyder has been working with this symbology with DC superheroes since “The Man of Steel”. Now I’m sure this image of the Joker “Jesus Christ” by Jared Leto will shock a lot of people https://t.co/cs8fOAniKX
