Both seasons of ‘The Mandalorian’ have been a huge success for Disney +, and the series created by Jon Favreau has already been nominated for an Emmy in 12 categories, including Best Drama Series.

But can the series’ growing popularity influence the number of seasons?

During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, protagonist Pedro Pascal was asked about the subject and suggested that the attraction would not be very extensive because:

“Quality will always exceed quantity. I don’t know how many seasons are left, as long as the show stays with its incredible level of quality. So what if it’s short? I think what matters is maintaining the standard that we are building.

Most streaming subscribers also agree that too many seasons in a production can end up causing a lack of creativity and consequently a lack of interest in watching episodes.

So what is your opinion?

Recalling that the 3rd season of “ The Mandalorian ” is scheduled for December 2021.

In the meantime, it should be remembered that the first two seasons are now available on Disney +.

Created by Jon Favreau (from the live-action ‘The Lion King’), the series is set in the same universe as the ‘Star Wars’ franchise.

The plot takes place after the fall of the Empire and before the insurrection of the First Order. The story follows the journey of a lone gunner to the far reaches of the galaxy, far from the authority of the New Republic.

The cast includes Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, Giancarlo Esposito, Emily Swallow, Carl Weathers, Omid Abtahi, Nick Nolte and Werner Herzog.
