Matt Reeves, director of ‘Batman’ to produce new thriller for Netflix

According to Deadline, Matt Reeves, director of the upcoming “ Batman, ” will produce a new survival thriller for Netflix, still without an official title.

Sarah Conradt-Kroehler is responsible for the screenplay.

Originally titled Dead of Winter, the script was part of the Blacklist, an annual Hollywood list that highlights the best unspoken storylines.

The plot follows a family vacation in the mountains, which soon turns into a struggle for survival when confronted by dangerous fleeing bandits.

The feature film will be directed by Mike Gan (“Burn”).

New information should be released soon.
