The suspense “Paradise Cove”, with Mena Suvari, has won a new official stage.

A contractor and his wife travel to Malibu to restore their late mother’s beach house and are terrified of the homeless woman who lives beneath her.

Todd Grinnell and Kristin Bauer van Straten also star in the production.
