The classic action comedy “Escape at Midnight”, starring Robert de Niro and Charles Grodin, will be deleted from Netflix’s streaming platform. Production leaves the calendar on July 1.
In the plot, on the way from New York to Los Angeles, a bounty hunter (de Niro) directs an accountant, accused of fraud, who worked for the Mafia. During the trip, they will be hunted down by the FBI and thugs.
The film is directed by Martin Brest (‘Encontro Marcada’, ‘Perfume de Mulher’, ‘Um Tira da Pesada’), from a screenplay signed by George Gallo.
