“Morbius”: the film with Jared Leto is POSTPONED to April

Bad news for ‘Morbius’ fans.

The film adaptation starring Jared Leto and produced by Sony Pictures has been delayed again: instead of hitting national theaters this month, the feature will now be released on April 1, 2022.

Recently, the Cinemark Network confirmed that production will run for 108 minutes (1 hour and 48 minutes), making it Sony’s second shortest film, behind only “Venom: Carnage Time” (1 hour and 37 minutes).

Additionally, “Morbius” will be rated 13+ due to “intense violence footage, spooky imagery, and inappropriate language”.

With a rare disease in his blood and determined to save others who suffer the same fate, Dr. Morbius takes a desperate bet. At first, the result seems to be a great success, but some darkness consumes the doctor, who turns into a dangerous hunter.

The cast also includes Tyrese Gibson, Jared Harris and Matt Smith.
