“O Mandaloriano”: the video reveals the before and after visual effects of the 2nd season; Check it out!

The 2nd season of ‘O Mandaloriano’ was even more popular than the 1st because of the storytelling, the introduction of dear characters from the saga and mainly for the beautiful visual effects.

Thinking about it, Industrial Light & Magic released a video revealing the creation of these effects, mixing models and costumes with digital elements overseen by Hal Hickel.

The video shows the before and after of some scenario architecture, vehicle design, and the appearance of some creatures, such as the Tusken, Banthas, and the dreaded dragon Krayt.

Created by Jon Favreau (from the live-action ‘The Lion King‘), the series is set in the same universe as the ‘Star Wars’ franchise.

The plot takes place after the fall of the Empire and before the insurgency of the First Order. The story follows the journey of a lone gunner to the far reaches of the galaxy, far from the authority of the New Republic.

The cast includes Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, Giancarlo Esposito, Emily Swallow, Carl Weathers, Omid Abtahi, Nick Nolte and Werner Herzog.
