‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’: Hayden Christensen’s scenes may relate to ‘the Mandalorian’

Fans of ‘Star Wars’ are still shocked by the announcement that confirmed Hayden Christensen’s return as Anakin Skywalker / Darth Vader in the ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’ series.

But now the question remains, what will be the role of the star in the series.

Will he act exactly like Vader or will he be seen as Anakin at some point?

According to CBM, some images and videos from Disney Investor 2020 have yet to be uploaded, including documents on the Lucasfilm series.

One of the concept art seen at the event showed Anakin inside the Jedi Temple in front of a group of young, Jedi apprentices who have yet to become Padawans.

Anyone who follows the saga knows that the scene refers to the slaughter of the little ones at the hands of the Jedi Knight when he turned to the dark side.

However, the interesting thing is that the art shows a mysterious character defending a trio of young people … and the 5th episode of “ The Mandalorian ” made it clear that Grogu (Baby Yoda) did not survive the attack. that because someone protected it and hid it.

So, Hayden Christensen’s scenes may show a flashback to the attack, revealing how Baby Yoda escaped death and where he was until the events of “The Mandalorian.”

On top of all this, director Deborah Chow has revealed that the plot will take place ten years after the events of ‘Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith’ and will show a group of Jedi Hunters scouring the galaxy in search of the Knights. remaining.

So far there is still no way to confirm the veracity of the information, but it would be the best way to tie the two productions together and extend the saga to television and film.

Meanwhile, other details remain under wraps, but updates are expected to be released when filming begins in January next year.

Recently, Ewan McGregor told Empire magazine he was more excited to be on the show than he was when he took part in the prequel trilogy of the saga, which launched between 1999 and 2005.

“I’m more excited about ‘Kenobi’ than when we recorded ‘Attack of the Clones’ and ‘Revenge of the Sith’. Movies weren’t very well accepted by fans at the time… But I’m curious to work with [a diretora] Debora Chow. I think this story will be amazing and I am delighted to play such a dear character again.

Still without a premiere date, the series will have six one-hour episodes.

As of yet, there is still no official first preview.

Meanwhile, it’s worth remembering that “ The Mandalorian ” has already been renewed for its 3rd season, and the 2nd is on display at Disney +.
