“Obi-Wan Kenobi”: The character from the game “Jedi Fallen Order” may appear in the series

After a preview leak of the series centered on “Obi-Wan Kenobi”, some fans noticed that the concept art depicts a well-known character from the game “Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order”.

This is none other than Trilla Suduri, also known as Second Sister, the Sith Inquisitor who is one of the main villains of the game released in 2019.

For those who do not know them, the Inquisitors are hunters of Jedi knights, also present in the animation ‘Star Wars: Rebels’.

The villains were Jedi refugees who surrendered to the Empire in exchange for their lives, but drifted to the Dark Side and were recruited to hunt down their former allies.

In the image, Suduri disembarks from a ship with a few Stormtroopers.

Some fans are already speculating that this is the character of Simone Kessell (“Reckoning”), as she is quite similar to Suduri when the Inquisitor is seen without her helmet in the game.

Recall that Making Star Wars had already announced that the Jedi Master played by Ewan McGregor will fight at least one of the Inquisitors of the Empire.

Previously, Kessel Run Transmissions revealed that the character of Moses Ingram (“The Queen’s Gambit”) would in fact be one of the attraction’s Inquisitors.

Unfortunately, it has not been revealed if she will be a new character or a live-action version of an Inquisitor from the animation or the games.

While nothing has been confirmed, Making SW and Kessel Run Transmissions are fairly reliable sources, as they revealed several assertive pieces of information about the Star Wars universe prior to official confirmation.

Now we can only wait.

The cast of the series also includes Sung Kang (‘F9’), Rupert Friend (‘Homeland’), Indira Varma (‘Game of Thrones’), O’Shea Jackson Jr. (‘Straight Outta Compton’) and Benny Safdie ( ‘Raw gems’).

It should be noted that Hayden Christensen returns as Anakin Skywalker, with Joel Edgerton and Bonnie Piesse as Luke Skywalker’s uncles, Owen and Beru Lars.

Previously, Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy confirmed to The Wrap that “Kenobi” would be a miniseries, with a predetermined beginning, middle, and end:

“It’s really exciting to see the talents involved here. And now we’re developing the Obi-Wan Kenobi miniseries with Deborah Chow and she’s done a phenomenal job.

Directed by Deborah Chow, “Kenobi” will only have six one-hour episodes.

For now, the first forecasts are only for 2022.
