Production will begin on April 9.
Written by Little Marvin and set in 1953, the plot revolves around Alfred and Lucky Emory, who decide to move with their family to North Carolina, a white-only neighborhood in Los Angeles. The family home on a seemingly idyllic tree-lined street becomes the starting point for something terrible, where evil forces, both real and supernatural, threaten to insult, devastate and destroy them.
The cast includes Ashley Thomas, Melody Hurd, Shahadi Wright Josephy, Deborah Ayorinde, Alison Pill and Ryan Kwanten.
