The Wrap has announced the full cast of the new movie in the franchise Paranormal Activity, which is currently filming.
Emily Bader, Roland Buck III, Dan Lippert, and Henry Ayres-Brown will star in the reboot.
It’s worth remembering that Paramount Pictures recently pulled the new film from the franchise from its theatrical release schedule.
However, it is not yet clear whether the feature will not be released on the big screen or whether its premiere will be postponed for undetermined reasons.
However, a few weeks ago it was announced that the reboot will launch directly on the Paramount + platform, so there is a possibility that the terror will be broadcast exclusively on the streaming service, without going to theaters.
For now, the movie is set to premiere at Paramount + on March 4, 2022.
William Eubank of “Deep Threat” will be responsible for the leadership.
The new film is described as an “unexpected overhaul” of the premise.
Christopher Landon will be responsible for the script:
“I’m writing the new paranormal activity. We are restarting the franchise. I am super excited about the director we have chosen. He’s a guy. He is incredible! Landon told Dread Central.
Landon directed ‘Paranormal Activity: Marked by Evil’ and was responsible for the scripts for the 2nd to 5th films in the franchise.
