‘Redrum’: ‘Good Girls’ Creator Develops New Dark Comedy Series for NBC

According to Deadline, Jenna Bans, creator of the canceled “Good Girls”, is developing a new black comedy series for NBC called “Redrum.”

The project is described as a “comedy, dark and sexy drama about two best friends teasing the bad psychopath”.

In the plot …

Jess and Sadie present a podcast on New Orleans’ most notorious serial killers. But when they laugh at the bad psychopath and their loved ones start to find themselves dead, they, who are absolutely unprepared for this unfortunate circumstance, realize that they must do what the police could not do. : find the killer before they become victims of their story itself.

The series will be written and directed by Nzingha Stewart (“Crush to Height”), who will also be an executive producer.

Carla Banks-Waddles (“Good Girls”) will be the showrunner of the series.
