It was a dream come true for me,” Amell said. “What matters now is if the movie is going to perform well, if it does happen I think ‘a sequel could be launched. I know the story ends with a hook to another movie and [o diretor] and Johannes Roberts talked about “Code Veronica” and “Resident Evil 4” as possibilities that we could adapt. So who knows? “

Scodelario added that:

“It’s a discussion we can have once this film takes hold. From the start, our goal was to make the movie a success and find something interesting that we hadn’t seen in the previous ones. But, yes, you can’t deny the thrill of seeing this universe gain strength. We see that people would really love to have more, and I would love to continue as Claire Redfield. I think she still has a lot to do from now on.
