In 2016, Darth Vader proved he remains the villain of villains after starring in two striking scenes in “ Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. ”
Even so, it looks like the beloved character would have even more room in the feature film directed by Gareth Evans.
That’s because Industrial Light & Magic animation director Hal Hickel released an all-new image in which Vader is resting in front of a screen, perhaps analyzing the extent of the Death Star’s power.

While there are no details on the image, it was said at the time of the recordings that Vader would act alongside Grand Moff Tarkin aboard the War Station … Apparently the scene has been deleted due to the timing of the movie’s running, it was quite large.
Recalling that Disney + is investing in a spinoff series called “Andor“, taking place before the events of the film.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, protagonist Diego Luna discussed the challenges of surprising fans, as they already know the fate of Cassian Andor.
Enjoy watching:
“Although we already know the end of this story, I think it’s really interesting to tell the story and where Cassian came from. I think that’s our biggest challenge: to surprise the audience. But that’s a very appealing idea, because the show allows us to dig deeper into the characters, so you can better understand them and find out what they’re capable of. As an artist, there is nothing more exciting for me than showing the different sides of the same character.
He also compared the series to the original film and said the pull was as intense and exciting as the feature film.
“I have to be very careful in my response to everything because I cannot deliver spoilers. But the series is as intense as the movie [‘Rogue One‘]It’s exciting. The way we shoot reminds me of when I recorded “Rogue One”… The work is just as intense as it was back then, you know? It always leaves me with the feeling that we are making a new movie.
Recalling that the first season of “ Andor ” will have 12 episodes scheduled for the premiere in 2022.
