The “Rua do Fear” trilogy managed to honor the spirit of the original material written by RL Stine and also brought references to several other horror films.
With that in mind, Sadie Sink (“Stranger Things”) decided to explain some of these references to those who didn’t know them.
In a video posted to Netflix’s YouTube, the singer Ziggy Berman highlights influences from films such as ‘Scream’, ‘Friday the 13th’, ‘The Nightmare Hour’, ‘Halloween’ and ‘The Shining’, and reveals some clues. on the plot hidden in the details of the characters.

“Rua do Medo” is a teen horror book series that began in 1989. The novels are less well known than the compiled predecessor, “Goosebumps”. The franchise currently has 52 pounds in Shadyside, Ohio.
