Scheduled to premiere next year, ‘The Flash’ promises an epic time travel adventure when the hero decides to step back in time to try and prevent his mother’s death … and with that, he’ll change everything. DC universe as we know it. .
According to a ComicBook insider, the film will allow Warner to rebuild the film franchise from the ground up. To be exact, rumor has it that the events of ‘The Flash’ will remove Zack Snyder-directed films from the franchise’s official canon, largely replacing the existing DCEU team.
The idea is to replace Batman and Superman, played by Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill, with Batgirl (Leslie Grace) and Supergirl (Sasha Calle) – forming a new “Justice League”.
For now, treat the information like a hoax.
“The Flash will make Supergirl Earth’s first superhero. Keaton is Batman and Batgirl will become the new Batman after his movie. The film ends with The Flash, Supergirl, and Shazam forming a new Justice League.
