‘School of good and evil’: Kerry Washington and Charlize Theron join Netflix adaptation

Netflix, with director Paul Feig, announced today (19) that acclaimed actresses Kerry Washington and Charlize Theron have joined the cast of “ The School of Good and Evil, ” an adaptation of the romantic saga signed by Soman Chainani and Alice Klesck.

The duo will bring Professor Dovey and Lady Lesso to life, respectively, and join Sophia Anne Caruso (“ Evil ”) and Sofia Wylie (“ High School Musical: The Musical: The Series ”), who will star in Sophie. and Agatha – students from the main school where young people are trained to become fairytale characters.

The screenplay is in charge of David Magee (“The Adventures of Pi”) and Laura Solon (“The Last Hangover of the Year”).

Feig is known for his many cinematographic works, including the famous and Oscar nominated “Mission Godmother” and the interesting thriller “A Little Favor”. He also directed the Christmas novel ‘A Second Chance to Love’, the spy comedy ‘The Spy Who Knew Less’ and the reboot of ‘Ghostbusters‘ in 2016.
