According to Comic Book, the second season of “Stargirl” will arrive on The CW next summer, which runs between June and September.
Sadly, a specific date hasn’t been released, but the preview is already great news for fans.
Recalling that the production of new episodes is still ongoing.
Last week, EW revealed that John Wesley Shipp will reprise his role as Jay Garrick in the new cycle.
The website says the actor will take part in the ninth episode, in a plot with flashbacks that will establish Garrick as a member of the Earth-2 Justice Society of America-2.
In the meantime, remember the trailer for Season 1:
Created by Geoff Johns and Greg Berlanti, the series follows the story of Courtney Whitmore (Brec Bassinger), a high school student who joins a group of teenagers to fight crime in Los Angeles.
Amy Smart plays the heroine’s mother, Barbara. In the plot, she does her best to be the best supplier for her daughter, her new husband (Luke Wilson) and her stepson (Trae Romano).
The cast also includes Yvette Monreal, Anjelika Washington, Meg DeLacy, Neil Jackson, Christopher James Baker and Hunter Sansone.
