In an interview with Collider (via ComicBook), Shawn Levy, director and producer of “Stranger Things,” said the series already had an “end in sight.”
The information came to light as the filmmaker was promoting his upcoming film, “Free Guy,” an action comedy starring Ryan Reynolds.
Asked about the number of seasons remaining for the famous Netflix series, Levy made a mystery but confirmed that the end was already planned.
“We already have the end in sight. I can’t talk about season numbers, but the end is already on the cards. the Duffer brothers [criadores da atração] they have finished everything. There’s a whole plan, but we can’t share anything until Season 4 is released. “
“We don’t write anything based on plot analysis and reception, everything follows the path we envisioned from the start.”
Previously, he chatted with SlashFilm and talked a bit about the long-awaited Season 4.
When asked if he could reveal details about the cycle and describe it in a few words, Levy commented:
“It’s an epic tale. It still has its roots in the characters, but the scope of the narrative is more epic and more cinematic than anything we’ve tried before. “
Recall that a new teaser for season 4 has already been released, which features our protagonists with looks very different from what we saw the previous season.
Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) appears with long hair and bangs, in a ’90s look. We can also see our gang reunited.

In another interview, Levy touched on the delay in launching the new iteration, justifying:
“To state the incredibly obvious, it’s been a long, long, long time, and it’s finally happening. Much of the delay is due to COVID and the pace at which we have to work to do it safely, but it’s also the season we’ve chosen to go much further. That’s the scale of this season and the multiple settings of season 4. Coming soon. We will announce the date very soon ”.
The series was created by Matt Duffer and Ross Duffer, who have previously revealed that they plan to end production in the fourth or fifth season.
In a small town, a group of children find themselves faced with a secret government experiment, which opens the portal to another dimension, called the “inverted world”. The cast includes Winona Ryder, David Harbor, Finn Wolfhard, Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Cara Buono, Joe Keery, Noah Schnapp, Sadie Sink and Dacre Montgomery.
